Orange Delight

Three Stars
Orange Delight
Woolworth’s Orange Delight biscuits are part of their ‘Select’ brand. They are a small puck shaped biscuit that is made up of a crunchy biscuit interior combined with a sweet orange filling. The exterior is coated in dark chocolate. The chocolate used is not of very high quality and the orange filling has an odd chemical taste to it. The biscuits that I tried were stuck together as the top of the chocolate on one had melted into the bottom of another.

The biscuits are very sweet and the crunch feels just right; not too soft and not too hard. As I purchased them when they were on special I only payed $1.79 for a packet of them. At this price their flaws can be overlooked, but even at a slightly higher price points they would not become worth buying when compared to their competition (such as Arnott’s Lemon Crisps).
